If you ignore the weather - for good quality of life,less expensive and good public transport - It is chennai(you need to be a person who has lived in all these cities to differentiate)
If you ignore the 4 months of high temperature, for a relaxed life and good cosmopolitan city with reasonable cost of living , it is Hyderabad
Great to look at from outside and a big pain to live is Bangalore. I am one who has lived in all these cities and living at Bangalore since 40 years

How come you have doubt. Invariably it is first choice of every Indian to be in Bangalore for its lovely atmosphere, peace loving people and greenery.(except lack of good roads & traffic jams). Then comes Hyderabad. All the best.
