4....NIkes & Reeboks,and I only buy them if they are on sale..45 bucks is the most I have paid..I hate paying so much for freakin' tennis shoes!!
Oh yah, I have one old pair of Rebboks that I call my fishin' shoes,
and yah they are funkyyyyy!>=)

I have four pair that I inter change because I am a nurse. I use them for work. I have one pair for "play" shoes or kick around shoes and the others are for work. They are all new balance and range around $80. in price. I can't wear cheap shoes to work in. I look for deals and find them on sale . But comfort is the deciding factor. Standing up for 9 to 16 hours straight sure is bad on the legs,feet and back! Love my new balance tennis shoes.

I don't have heelies but my nephew does.
The most expensive pair I have is probably my Pumas or DC's.

I think I have two pairs, but I only wear one. I wear them pretty much every day and they're almost two years old. I need new ones. They were $60 when I bought them, so I guess they're my most expensive pair. Neon colored Kangaroos!! :D

I do own a pair of communicate, and that i think they do look good with skinny denims. I, in my opinion, do no longer positioned on skinny denims although countless my friends positioned on skinny denims with communicate.
