Not really! It depends on the dream though. If I had one that involves something bad happening to my family, I do call everyone and tell them to be extra careful. I did wake up one day upset with my husband because in my dream, he cheated on me.

I had one the other day where my bf left me because he wasn't 'ready to commit' and it totally just jump-started a whole days worth of crappy events that ruined my day : (

few days before i saw in my dreams that i broke up with my girlfriend and that whole day i was worried for dream may come true.
it didn't and now i am happy.
dream always doesn't come true...........

yeah. especially when they are dreams about my "BOYFRIEND" not wanting me anymore after 'cheating' on him, even though he talks to girls 24/7 and gets mad when i even do it once. oh wait THAT IS REALITY.

they can have a bad effect on me. i have some super scary ones. but i do my best to shake them off when i can.
