Salad. I know it sounds so cliche. But you can do so many things with a salad. And I'm not talking about iceberg lettuce in a bowl. You can add any vegetable you want. You can add fruit. All the different greens from spinach to endive to cabbage. You can go further by adding meat, grilled chicken or steak to chopped ham or pork. There's cheese like feta or goat and hard-boiled eggs to nuts and chunks of bread. Everything from artichokes and chickpeas to olives and beets. I could go on - you get the point.

Pizza. I hate cheese, but I love pizza. No pepperoni, no sausage, and NO pineapples.

(In Hawaii, they liked their pizza with pineapples and ham ... I couldn't relate to their taste in pizza, but they sure know how to make some guava juice.)

I like real Italian pizza, although I'll settle for Pizza Hut. And if the crust is dry and makes a crackly sound when you chew it, I won't finish it. =) Soft crust. Mmm...

Thanks for asking, you made me hungry for lunch now. =)
