No, I don't think anyone else cares if somebody pats me on the head. As for me, it depends on the intent; loving or condescending

Yes! I think it is degrading, you pat dogs on the head not people... I am not a dog and it really gets under my skin when people pat me on the head.

I can't stand it when I am talking to someone who constantly touches me. No pats on the head though.

Being of extremely short stature but of full age, this is especially bothersome to me. I also hate when people pick me up. I am small like a child, but not a child, so I like my feet on the ground.

UGH!! YES!!!! I am pretty short and work with a guy who is 6'6" and he constantly does that!!! And my current squeeze will rest his elbow on top of my head if we are standing in line or something. Totally aggravating!!!! Makes me want to bust some skulls...

i hate it so freaking much!!!! i'm like hey i am not a puppy or a child...if i did a good job there is no need to touch me, whether it be on my head or anywhere else!
