Get plenty of water and sleep. Use cucumber slices to refresh in the morning and concealer to hide the dark color of the bags.

I have 3 kids and insomnia issues, so I always have bags under my eyes! Putting something cold like a cold washcloth or even an ice pack will help reduce puffiness. Makeup works for dark circles. I use Mary Kay's 'Facial Highlighting Pen', but there are a million brands of concealer out there.

I'm not sure if this works, but it does on a lot of people. Anyway, get a cold spoon and put it on the bags of you eyes for about 10 minutes. Also, put a liquid foundation on the bags of your eyes. MAKE IT YOUR SKIN COLOR! Lighter makes you look a little ghostly like and darker just makes it worse! Hope this helps!
