Did you get your rotors turned? Common cause of squeaking is not getting rotors turned. Make sure the shop you took to have the brake job done turned your rotors!
The other possibility is cheaper pads typically cause more squeaking or they didn't put anti-squeal gell/or left off a shim on the back of your brake pads, or there is a lot of brake dust build up that they didn't clean off.
If the brakes are squeaking, take the car back to the shop you had it done and explain the problem to them so they can fix it.

Well, it may be that you needed to also turn your rotors. Turning rotors is a job that must be done to assure that there is a clean and flat surface for the brakepads to press against when you apply the brake pedal. You must take the rotors off the vehicle, have them machined at a shop, and then as you put the brakes back together you should apply some anti squeak material to the backs of the pads.

Your mechanic is a moron.
take Your car back to Him,
ask Him to put RTV Silicone in the metal plate of the brakes shoes.
(the shoes surface that make contact to the caliper's piston.)
if He try to charge You for that service ,show Him my reply (this one)
