Tent, fishing pole, and matches
I could and would bring other things, like soap, clothes, tolet paper, compas, flashlights, just to name a few.
But, if I was lost in the woods I could make it with three things above..

Besides the obvious (tent, sleeping bag, food, etc.) I would say wet wipes, extra socks and a camera.
