I want to know if these parkings are opened 24h round because where are driving from montreal,quebec and we'll arrive in Boston around midnight on august 10th and leave from there around 2h00 AM on august 23rd. thanks in advance for your help to respond to my question.

I live in revere its near logan and you can park your car in my yard for 1/2 of what thell charge you at the parking garages/ lots around here and ill take care of it for you

You want to leave it in an underground parking garage? I don't think there are any underground parking garages near Logan airport? If you want the car to be parked under cover, just park it at Logan airport in their garage.
All the outlying parking that I can think of around Logan is outside. All of the parking close to the airport or in the city is going to be expensive. I think Logan parking is running around $20 for 24 hours. It will be more expensive than that if you park at a garage in Boston.
There is a parking lot called Logan Park and Go that is a little north of the airport. I believe they charge $15/day and they are open 24 hours a day, they don't have covered parking though. I park there a lot, all times of the year and never had any issue with my car.
