us lots of lotion.... and the best one would be "Udder Delight" yes its for cow udders but its the best thing for strech marks. my mom uses it and they went away in a about a 3 months. also exercise some but not too much. eat healthy! dont gain weight... also try taking some vitamins like "hair skin n nails" vitamin. good luck

the only way i be conscious of of is surgical operation. yet you will get beginning and combine it in. it extremely is not very annoying. Plus I quite have a ton a stretch marks. i'm a splash self concious yet what I submit to in recommendations that even most of the main tasty gorls at school have them! i'm hoping each and every thing works out for you!

You can't get rid of them but you can smoothen them out with coco butter and vitamin E. And try eating better and drinking plenty of water a good diet helps too.

there is nothing you can do to get rid of a stretch marks. unless you have oney and have then cut by surgery. not even by tanning or not getting sun at all in the area. they are just goingto be there.

Bio oil is very good and also reduces them overnight also you ca ask your doctor about alternative medicine becaus ethis is also meant to be good for stretch marks and other skin problems gd luck!
