i don't be attentive to approximately loose, yet i've got heard AOL has a first rate blanketed software. the main improtant element to do is verify they do no longer seem to be on the information superhighway unattended. they could in basic terms have get admission to able you could computer screen them. little ones shouldn't ever have a pc of their room, or be on the information superhighway whilst their mom and dad won't be able to watch what they're doing. maximum pedophiles that hang-out the internet anticipate mom and dad no longer wanting to take this duty on. shop your baby risk-free, watch their each flow. this might properly be a lots better subject than your baby by possibility stumbling upon some porn or something. you does no longer enable your baby flow someplace the place there have been customary pedophiles without you being there. the internet is a "place", and you're able to't enable your toddlers run loose there.

A plain text editor or an IDE that handles ASP will do.

if you have Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 or later then that would be the best editor for asp.
Otherwise you can download this free editor :HAPedit from the net. Google it. it is free. you may try this link for it:
http://hapedit.free.fr/hapedit.php
If you don't want either of these, then you may go for notepad which is installed on any windows machine
