It feels unbelievably great. It gives you confidence. You feel energetic and proud of yourself for accomplishing that because it takes discipline.

Also, it's invaluble as far as ladies are concerned mainly for the confidence it gives you. Girls don't want some guy with a huge stomach. It shows a lack of discipline and control.

I highly recommend achieving six pack abs (or at least a lean flat stomach )

yea it does feel good. i have a lot more confidence. n girls love it.
