The ugliest uniform in the NFL is the NY Giants third jersey. The mix of that awful red with the blue helmets, just terrible. The old Patriots uniform was even worse though, for the same color combinations. In NCAA, the Nebraska Cornhuskers. I just don't like it.

Cincinnati has the ugliest in the NFL, Oregon has the ugliest in NCAA, plus, Oregon has like 20 different possible combinations, and all of them are just as ugly.

Myself personally I can't stand the Minnesota Vikings new uniforms, they're just hidious. I'm not a Vikings fan but I just think they should have stuck with the old uniforms, they looked much better. The Browns are ugly too but atleast have made improvements with the grey facemasks and black shoes... and whats the deal with orange helmets when you're called the Browns? LOL!
As for college... I think USC's colors are quite ugly and plain. Is it just me or does the grey facemask just look completely out of place with the rest of the uniform colors? I really don't know why but their uniforms just remind me of the old bags that MacDonalds french fries used to come in like back in the early 90's lol.

I'd say the Vikings, the new ones look like Arena League style.
In the NCAA, Pitt is awful, Syracuse is bad also. But Oregon is whacked with the mix and match.

In the NCAA I would say BYU has the worst jersey.
