In the morning after I drink my coffee, and if I have coffee any time throughout the day I have to brush my teeth afterwards (I hate the way coffee feels on my teeth), and before I go to bed
So usually about 3 or 4 times a day, depending on how much coffee I drink

Oh at least 2 or 3 times a day and I floss that many ,too.
I'm 53, and my parents, and husband all got false teeth at the age of 19, I'm working really Hard to Keep mine as long as I can.
Plus, I like the taste of a clean fresh mouth, close up for me !!!!

Morning, noon, and at night. I am 49 and have all my teeth except for a silver one in the front that I cracked by mistake. I brush after each meal and floss I am funny about my mouth, ya know?

2-3 times a day, usually. If I have something sugary, I try and brush my teeth as soon as I can afterwards. I learned my lesson when I was younger and had to get fillings!

Usually only once in the morning, unless I've eaten something yucky or take an evening shower.
I've always prided myself on excellent hygiene, but didn't think that everyone really followed the 2x a day thing. I barely have time to change into pj's anymore. Thanks for your enlightening question; I'm going to start brushing 2x a day now. I feel gross :(

I have this wierd obsession...I can't stand the thought of having bad breath or being dirty...I brush my teeth at least 4 times a day...

I brush 2 times a day, floss before bed and use mouth wash once a day and I still get cavities.
