You should be able to use a solution of water and a product called Iron Out that can be bought at any department store to clean the hard water deposits off, then just wash and wax your car like normal.

Vinegar will work In solution with water, preferably soft water
1:3 Ratio

We used to use an acid to remove it, i recomend a professional detail shop, they will remove it completely.
