i take birthcontrol and use a condom everytime we even used the condom that i got from my family doctor that had spermacide but it broke i wanna know what i do with telling my parents and how i get through highschool with a kid and how to put up with people's opinions...

If you're on the pill, you should be protected.
Also, there are other options for you if you ARE pregnant, such as adoption.

Its really up to you. Becoming a parent is a serious issue. I just myself became a parent four weeks ago. Finishing your education is very important whether or not you have the baby. Abortion is a hard option. I always regretted having one when i was young. I always will wonder what wonderful child I could have had if I had given birth. Adoption is another option if you are willing to have the baby and give that baby to a family who will care for it.
However, if you have support, having the baby is a good option. It will change your life forever, but its not something that should stop you from getting your education. It will be rough at your age, but its been done. I've had friends who got pregnant in high school and still finished their schooling.
Overall, if you've been using the birthcontrol correctly you should be fine even if the condom broke. However, you should still get checked out at planned parenthood or your doctor (for std's as well as pregnancy)
Dealing with other people's optinions is a part of life. You just have to be true to yourself. That is the only way to survive. If people who are your 'friends' leave you because of something like that, they weren't true friends to begin with.

If you take BC and used a condom, you should be well protected. Do your parents even know you have sex? If not, a pregnancy will probably floor them, but there are lots of options. This is the time to think long and hard on wether or not sex at your age is worth it. You know your not ready to be a mom, right? Might want to think about abstinence since it's the only sure fire way to prevent an unwanted pregnancy. Good Luck~

I am NOT here to preach, just understand that. I was 14 when I was raped by a man I had never seen before. I lost my dad's trust completely *he didn't believe it was rape-they never found the guy* I was popular until then, my classmates beat mje up to the point that I almost miscarried, and I had to "drop out". I arranged it so that I could stay home with Ally *my baby* during the day, so i wouldn't have to inconvenience anyone with babysitting, and my dad picked up my schoolwork on the way home each friday. I got perfect grades, got to stay home with Ally. It's not sugar-coated fun, love. I'm not going to lie, I lost alot of friends and my reputation. my friends didn't want to quit screwing around and be decent around my baby, so I dumped them. My boyfriend was upset that I wouldn't sleep with him but I had a kid, so I dumped him, my grandparents thought I was "trash" all of a sudden, even though I had never been in trouble before, and my mother is dead so it's not like I had help. I made my money by babysitting neighbors' kids, seeing as I was the only person available during school hours, so I provided everything my daughter needed with my own money. Through working, showing responsibility with my schoolwork and choosing my daughter over parties, I gained my reputation and my father's trust back, and became a speaker at junior highs and high schools about teen parenting. I have a beautiful 7 year old girl now, I graduated and started taking college classes, and exchange babysitting while I work as a nuclear specialist at the submarine base, making $23.51 an hour while my old classmates work in the mall. Tell me you can't make it. Just try.

If you are on the pill then you probably won't get pregnant even if the condom broke. It sounds like you are being paranoid. Wait to see if your period comes. That being said: STOP HAVING SEX until you are out of high school.
But IF you are pregnant then you just have to grow up & tell your parents. They will find out eventually if you don't. As far as high school goes lots & lots of sleepless nights so it will be hard. You don't have to keep the baby though...there are other options. You shouldn't let other's people opinions get to you. Yes they would speak their minds but thats all. You would have a daily reminder of the mistake you made you don't need them telling you.

well atleast you were being safe. condoms do break unfortunately but the chances of being pregnant are very low considering you are on birth control and the condom had spermicide on it. if this happened just within the past 3 days or so go to planned parenthood and get the morning after pill. this will lower the chances. but if you are pregnant explore your options. dont just go to abortion like the first guy said on here. you should give the baby up for adoption because there are people out there who cannot have a child that would love one. if you are close to your mom then talk to her and prepare her for it. as for the people in school f them. it is only their opinions they cant hurt you. i went to school with a girl who was pregnant at 15 she kept the child but she wasnt that good at putting her child first. good luck.

i think you need to go to the doctor. i mean that's the only way u can really find out if u are pregnant and if the condom had spermicide in then that would have killed the sperm. and another thing i might not be a struggle to take care of a child while going through high school if u have understanding parents that can help u raise your baby. and too what's does the baby daddy have to say about all of this? is he involved on making decesion because it really takes 2 to take care of a baby (the mommy and the daddy)

If you are pregnant you have to tell your parents. You should give the baby up for adoption, You have no business trying to raise a child when you are not grown up yourself. You only think you are grown up. Ask any 25 year old girl you know that is not a s*ut, and they will all tell you that they were idiots at 15. Second, quit having sex. Grow up, get educated. Get a job that you can AFFORD to pay your own way for yourself and the baby, not expect the world to support you.

I'm pretty sure ur parents know u r on birth control. Therefore they know u r having sex. Right., so explain to them what u just told us. it shouldn't be a problem they should understand because that comes along with having sex. dont worry about what people think of u. ur human we make mistakes even uncontrollable ones.They have programs for teen that r pregnant. Ur education doesn't have to stop.IT WILL NOT STOP. I AM NOT ONE OF UR PARENTS BUT I'M TELLING U THAT U CANT STOP! A baby doesn't mean that its the end.

Get tested for AIDS and other STDs. You shouldn't worry too much about pregnancy given redundancy of your protection (pill, spermicide, etc).
I personally think 15 is too young to be sexually active. But, if you are, you are doing it right. If you continue to have sex, you should continue to use condoms and stay on the pill. Having a child when you are not ready can really ruin your future.

slow down you are so jumping to conclusions a million dollars your not even pregnant...If you use the pill and the condom that had spermacide on it broke just once your fine chill...I wish I could be 15 again..
