I have a puncture wound that you can see my bones through, (I say that because you can move the skin and theres a whole lot of stuff that doesn't move with it and its VERY deep) even the next day. He hit a nerve because 2 of my fingers are really tingly. My whole arm hurts and I can't pick things up. It's bruised all around, with a few scratches on top of the hole.

He did it when I was giving him a bath last night, he jumped out covered in soap and I tried to grab him to get him back in quickly, I was a little rough so it is my fault, especially since I know he's a touchy dog.

my question is, should I go see a doctor (hes up on all his shots) and if I do see a doctor will anything happen to the dog because I go?

I was taking care of a guys dog once, and it bit me on the leg. I think you should go to the doctor. I did. It was no big deal. They actually didn't do all that much to mine, just clean it out good, but yours sounds a lot worse. They won't do anything to the dog, other than to make sure he couldn't have given you some disease(and my word that the dog that bit me had its shots was enough for my doctor). Anyway, that wound sounds way far out. If you aren't exagerating, then you definately need to go see a doctor. Keep it real.

if you have the vet records showing he's up with his shots no nothing will happen to the dog. Just go to the dr and tell them you got accidently bit while washing the dog. It is up to the owner of the dog if they want to put a dog down to to bitting or things of that nature. It doesn't seem like the dog is a "bad" dog so no nothing will happen to it. However, you could get an infection and you could be the one going down. Get to the dr and make sure you have had all YOUR shots.

If the dog has had his rabies shot and you can prove that and don't file a complaint on the dog then nothing will happen to the dog but you really need to get to the Dr. It sounds like there may have been some nerve damage.

You should definitely go see a dr!!!!!! I think the only way they can do anything to the dog is if you say something like you hate the dog or you want it to be killed. Other than that, people p*ss thier animals off all the time and get hurt. Your not the first person that this has happened to.

go see a Dr for antibiotics. Nothing will happen to the dog unless you file a police report. Or call your Dr first and make sure they can see you with the dog being safe.

I would go to the doctor. Is your tetanus shot up to date. They may give you another one. better to be safe than sorry. has the dog had all his shots like rabies, if not you are in for some trouble.

I would advice you to see a doctor, but if you cleaned it properly it should not get infected. And I doubt I would go see a doctor for it.

But still you should go.

Go to the doctor. You may need antibiotics to prevent an infection...also... to prevent you from turning into a weredog!!
