sure....but it depends on what you're fixing. And the words you are looking for are "planning ahead" for like a business or your budget, and fixing your car (or putting oil in it or water) before something goes wrong. Or if you see a crack in the pavement, a small cigarette hold in upholstery...there's an old saying for that it's: "a stitch in time saves nine".

You have to be careful. If you try to fix something that is not broken, you might end up breaking it anyway.

Hell Yes!! It will piss people off to no end and really, what is funnier than people getting pissed off over things they can't control? Hee-hee, I'm dying just thinking about all the things I can go "fix" that aren't "broken"! Thanks for the idea!
