What do you think of a woman who cheats on her husband while he is deployed to Iraq. I know quite a few guys that this has happened to and thats sad. Let me know what you think??

I think it's the ultimate kick in the face. Here's our guys in another country fighting and risking their lives, thinking that they are loved and supported by their wives...and the truth is they are being totally betrayed.

I think that is terrible. I think that before getting into a committed relationship both parties need to discuss their relationship. If a woman knows her husband is a military man, she needs to be ok with being faithful, and understanding that there will be many lonely nights. If there is an understanding that it is ok between the couples than that is one thing. To me when you enter into marriage you make a commitment to be faithful, under all conditions, even separation. I can understand the loneliness that the wife might feel, but she isn't alone, and I think cheating is selfish. Seriously, why commit to someone if you can't? Sorry to hear about this happening to anyone. Especially our boys in Iraq.

I think that it is pretty low for a wife to cheat on her husband when he is in Iraq, But I have been to Iraq and yeah even though we are at war there were alot of husbands and wives that were cheating on their spouses while they were in Iraq. Some of them got caught and got in trouble others just kept i going. I don't know how they were able to look at their spouse when they came back. Their spouses were so worried about them getting killed and there they were messing around. By the way they had the good faithful spouses.

I know of a 30 yo military man who has been divorced 4x and he is now on his 2nd deployment in Iraq. I guess he has probia of coming home and finding his house abandoned.

The reasons his ex's gave were they couldnt cope the loneliness when their husband was away and need to find other men or even go into drugs. These women were outright selfish and irresponsible and shouldnt get married to begin with. They are fun loving non committal women. Disgusting and disrespectful .

The soldiers deserve the truth when they return. I have been through a divorce because she repeatedly cheated and it is easy for me to date, but devistated my trust even after 10 yrs and still does. No matter who you are, cheating is basically putting a knife in someone's heart. STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!! or come clean with the truth.
Additional, there is a sad flip side to this, people in the military cheat also when they are deployed, and they should stop or come clean also.
