I would have changed them at 100,000. Make sure you get some anti seize compound and put it on the treads of the new plugs.

The rating for platinum plugs are 100,000 miles. Looks like you need to change yours. These vans are not fun to do this, prepare yourself for some bleeding!! Good luck.

they should be changed every 60 thousand at the most on it,so id say its about time,what you can do is pull one out and look at the condition of it,if they look good run them a little longer,i use the same plug,and they do last real good,but id at least check them,good luck with it.

I;d do them now. While you are at it, it is a good idea to change the cap and rotor, and make sure that you use the dealer parts for this one, as they have a history of misfires, etc, with aftermarket parts.
