well lets just say she becomes "insane" and was sent to a mental institution. But the institution is just a front and inside was actually a training facility for Human Weapon.
She was actually drug so that she would act insane and sent to the institution. Now that she is there, she started her training.
She did not know that the people running the institution are the people that killed her children.
