First of all ask her about her opinion about u. Is she interested or in love with u. If Yes then Both of U can marriage. There is no problem. It depends upon ur attitude how u people will manage n adjust to each others customs, religion n culture.

We do not know what the Philippine's constitution says .We do not know the rights and duties of Citizens of Philippines.Better ask the girl first whether she is willing and an attorney about the legal way.That is the best in the given situation.
