I would think so... They're both schooling fish and both tropical. Almost the same size too... Just make sure you have plenty of each to be able to shoal. Atleast 6 or 7 and the tank is big enough for them to swim without stress. With just them you'll probably need a 20-30 gallon.

You bet, they will work fine together. You see the rasboras keeping to the lower part of the tank while the White clouds stay in the upper part of the tank. They will stay out of each other way and since both are peaceful fish, even when they encounter each other it's not a problem at all.
