Im on welfare and I have a 1 year old daughter and i get no help from for father

Welfare is the way to go. Let the rest of the taxpayers take care of you.
Perhaps you can get a job. Or you can take the dead-beat dad to court and make him pony up to his responsibility.

It's probably going to be very hard to get a loan from any source other than friends or family. No bank would give you money without a reasonalbe belief that you have a means to repay it. You would need a job or some other asset to secure it.

don't fall for the email scams saying you've been approved for a loan. You have to pay money and then they disappear. You can find legitimate stay at home online work, but real ways to make money are scarce. Good luck

How about you get rid of some your bills ( like the internet ). and cable tv and cell phones if you have them.
