Do you build yourself up or put yourself down....?

please explain why ?

when I put myself down, I have a serious lack of compliments and feel so tiny and worthless that it is only logical to tell myself I am worth nothing.

. When I build myself up, I finally start to believe in myself and tell myself I can do anything. In such a mood I almost always can do more than I thought I could...

do both, depending on the day....

not good to ever run yourself down, maybe say well sometimes i may be an idiot etc but 97% of the time I'm sensible caring etc person, because all that self BAD TALK makes you depressed, so pat yourself on the back for all the good you do & even saying hello & being nice to people is a good thing :)

i tell it like it is then theres no short coming .ive never understood the need to lie or indeed show off about yourself, if its to gain interest your gonna come unstuck as soon as that interest is gotten and you can no longer keep up the pretence.xx

I put myself down. That way I don't disappoint myself as often.

put myself down all the time. I guess that is because my parent's have put me down all my life.
