I will be 15 in November. I was wondering if they hire 14 or 15 year olds so that I can get a job. Or if anyone else knows a business that will hire 14/15 year olds, please tell me!

Most businesses won't hire you until you're at least 16, and many prefer to hire only 18-and-up. There are several reasons for this - increased paperwork requirements for underage employees, limited scheduling options because of school and child labor regulations, younger employees may not be up to the physical and mental demands of the job, and a larger proportion (though certainly not all) of underage employees are likely to be unreliable. At 14-15 years old, you're facing an uphill battle. It'd be easier to try to earn money for yourself (doing yard work, babysitting, whatever) than to try to find a business that would be willing to hire you.

you can work at macdonalds but you wont get paid much work at publix or winndexie ther hiring 14 and 15 year old publix pays more and you will gat paid more and you get paid every friday good luck
