If you mean your due date, doctor will change if it is clear that the LMP is inaccurate. Otherwise, just keep track of it yourself and make your decisions based on that especially if you feel it is off more than a week.

That's not possible, of course you can pick a month and day and make that your b-day but you can't change the year. But seriously though, you can't.
