i want to pay electric bill to scottish power on line?

You log-in to your OWN bank account & select 'Bill Payment' (or 'Transfer Money' or 'One-off payment' or similar)

You enter the a/c no. and the sort code from the Bill & your Reference no. into on-line 'payment details' form

This is usually explained in the FAQ of your on-line Bank account & on the back of the Bill, so why not RTFM ?..
