amazon - they will ship anywhere, really cheap too as i'm just about to get some there myself, getting a brand new book for 1p!!!

I use bookbutler.com - you search for the book you want and it gives you a list of sites with prices for that book.

You cannot go wrong wit Amazon. They are amazing and once they have an idea of what you like will keepsending you suggestions out of hundreds of other books and DVD's. It's brill..

I don't know if they have an Irish branch- But Amazon.com has a very good selection, and does offer shipping.
