Iraq, despite allegations to the contrary, had nothing to so with the attacks on September the 11th 2001.

Afghanistan however did. The (large) region of Afghanistan that was controlled by the Taleban sheltered Osama Bin Laden, the man who was felt to the behind the attacks (as well as other attacks on US interests outside the USA).

The Taleban refused to hand Osama Bin Laden over, so Afghanistan was 'liberated' the advantage of doing so being that training camps that were involved in training extremists could be taken out as well.

The problem now is that an 'ally' of the West, is now sheltering these training camps, though they deny this and say that they want proof before they act. That ally is the military dictatorship, Pakistan.

The Saudis didn't halt opium production ( which the CIA, ISI etc profit from,Prop up 'friendly'regimes with and funds their KLA buddies in the Balkans with) already are in the pockets of the west, weren't stopping unocal from building the trans-Caspian pipeline across their country and The House of Saud have been a(corrupt) pro-western faction since the limeys installed them in the 20s plus the Bushes are particularly close with the Bin Ladens (BTW they didn't carry out 9/11!).

The Saudi government are is our ally in the fight against terrorism. Many of the members of Al Queda are Saudi but they are angry with the Saudi government. They have planned and unsuccessfully attempted attacks in Saudi Arabia. They view the Saudi government as a enemy just as the view the US. The Saudi US relationship is the reason why the terrorists are angry with the Saudi government.

The people who carried out 9/11 may have been Saudi but the plans were conceived and planed under the protection of the Taliban.

Because allegedly the Saudi Rulers did not condone their subjects actions whereas Iraq and elements in Afghanistan did. Just the same as many British Moslem's have actively taken part in actions against the USA and UK but those governments do not condone their actions.

al Qaida is a Saudi based terrorist organisation which promotes fundamentalist notions about Islam.

The leader of al Qaida, Osama bin Laden, spent a number of years living in the USA sometime back in the 1970s.

He saw for himself what America is like, free. He learnt to fear freedom, because it means the people will not obey unless they voted in an election, even if their vote was for someone else who did not win. It's called democracy, which Muslims fear and always refer to as the 'dictatorship of the masses'.

al Qaida and all Muslims worldwide, have little or no understanding of freedom, liberty and democracy. They prefer instead to be brainwashed by bearded mullahs who's ideas about life are based upon 12th century teachings, which allow for the stoning to death of a woman for adultery, but not for a man.

God's command to mankind was "go forth and multiply".

Just do it!
