call around to some local churches. Even if they aren't exactly what you believe, or don't believe, some of them can offer practical advice, for free, or at a lower cost, I believe. I don't know how that works, if you don't actually go to the church, but it's worth a few phone calls.

Goodday,

The church thing is cool but, there is other options it is the domestic violence classes. They really offer you that edge of control over self. Karate class as a family helps focusing on Christ all the more. I took some classes at Ft Bliss. It helped me see it is ok to be ok. You can be weak and be a man to the opposite sex in holy marriage. If you are not charged with family violence then it is free in Texas I don't know about California.

Peace

One of the most common questions spouses ask when confronting a marriage crisis is this: How can I save my marriage if my partner doesn't want to help find a solution? How do I succeed I am trying to save my marriage on my own? Learn here https://tr.im/5lSk6

It is a typical enough story: one partner leaves, the other stays. One remains 'in love', the other is uncertain. Whatever it is that has caused a couple to be apart, the one person who remains bears the prospect, fear, doubt, desire, hope of saving his or her marriage' alone.

If you are a church goer... your minister or a deacon is an excellent way to go. Otherwise try your county mental health dept. They have applications for people without insurance to get assistance thru them. Don't give up... even if they reject your application, they can point you in the right direction.

Try local churches. Many pastors are trained to provide marital counseling.
