Is it possible to make friends here by location... ??? And that too by actually searching the person by his/her location ??? Someone who we wud also like to meet ??

I would suggest you to search under the yahoo groups and hope you will find out a suitable Kuwait residents group for you. There you can share your views and meet friends.
