I think the Chicago Bulls because they already have a good team but Deng, Gordon, Hinrich, and Nocioni are getting better, Tyrus Thomas is working on his jump shot, they added Joakim Noah who can block and brings energy, and Joe Smith who has also a good jump shot from 15 feet

Cleveland gets a good point guard and they're even with the Detroit Pistons, who will for the fourth season, keep their core of Billups, Hamilton, Prince and Wallace. Miami needs to get rid of Shaq, Walker, Payton, and J. Williams now, and rebuild around Wade, so count them out a couple of seasons. Wild cards are the Celtics who are buying their way towards this title and the Bulls, who can be the next Detroit if they have steady inside offense.
The West Big Three (Spur, Mav, Sun) are just too good for anyone out the East. Hell, Houston and Utah can even dominate the East.

If the Boston Celtics stay healthy, they have now assembled a fantastic nucleus. KG in the paint, Ray Allen at the shooting guard, & Paul Pierce at small forward. Those are some serious scoring options.
What team in the east has that kind of fire power? The east just got respectable again.

All of there players are going to be angry at the way the season ended last year. The guys like Zo, GP,and Shaq are not going to want to end their carrer in a sweep they want to end it going out on top and they will. And D-Wade will be healthy again.

I have to see the Celtics play 1st but on paper they will be one of the front runners. Also Detroit, Cleveland & Miami. Thos are my top four. It will depend upon injuries!!!
