* Eat frequent small meals with protien (peanuts, hardboiled eggs, cheese, etc) Sometimes your blood sugar dropping can trigger nausea. That's why they tell you to eat something first thing in the morning when your blood sugar is really low. Protien doesn't spike your levels like sugar and processed carbs do. I know it's hard to think about eating, but just try nibbling here and there so you can keep it down.
* Sour stuff worked for me. Sour candy, lemonade, etc.
* Ginger works for some people. Try ginger ale or ginger candies. I liked ginger tea I got from the healthfood store.
* Make sure you drink enough water so you don't get dehydrated. That can trigger headaches and nausea. (Your pee should be mostly clear. LOL)
Hang in there! It should get better by the second trimester.

After trying ALL of the home remedies I knew of and that people had recommended and getting no results, I broke down and got a prescription for phenergan. It's a Class C morning sickness drug.
Ideally, you should try a Class A or B drug - they are the safest. Dramamine (not the non-drowsy formula) is Class B but it might not be strong enough. But try it first before trying something else.
I just found out about 2 new therapies with my current pregnancy. No one had told me about them before. I haven't tried them yet, but I will:
1. Electronic Relief Bands (for motion sickness)
2. Half a Unisom tablet plus 50 mg tablet of B6
You might try those remedies first since the bands are drug-free, and Unisom is a Class A drug - the safest out there for pregnant women.

Ask your dr for Zofran or Phenergan. Nothing worked to curve my 24/7 nausea, none of the home remedies. Those meds are what kept me sane. I was sick 5mths straight!

Me I got sick when I was in the grocery store and smelt the seafood so I had to run to the bathroom and puck. Which sucks because that was gross. I know that didnt help but at least you know your not the only one. Drink water slowly and lay down that always helped me!

getting enough rest helped me SO much!
crackers & sour stuff & soda did absolutely NOTHING for me...
BUT protein shakes seem to work to keep the nausea away.
and patience...
