Yes, their dreams are much like their understanding of the world, there is no visuals, but they still dream of sounds and the sensation of touch.

hmmm! Yes. Considering the fact that a dream is a mental representation of the the past, present and future, yes, blind people dream. It may not be as you and i know it, but they do. They have their hopes and aspiration.

Talking from a spiritual angle, a blind man anointed by Jehovah as a prophet can see and describe vividly what the past was, the present is and the future might be for you. Even though he does not physically see, he is not blind spiritually.

Yes. I had a blind teacher and she often said that she dreamed. She said sadly that sometimes you see in your dreams but when you wake up u find out that you are still blind.
But this lady didnt let n e thing stop her she even traveled to china and live by herself without ne ones help. That determination.

Yes they can dream but if they are born blind they will not "see" in their dreams. It takes a lot of use for the optical nerves in the brain to develop properly to the point of seeing in your dreams.

Dreaming is somthing trigord by a part in your brain, because when you sleep your brain is still thinking. Even though it's black you can still imagin something.
