Is there any way to tell if this happened?

Yes, it's possible you had a very early miscarriage adn that's why you felt pregnancy symptoms (fatigue and bloating) for a short time.

Healthy women of childbearing years miscarry 1 out of every 5 pregnancies.

I have heard that many women miscarry without even realizing it so I would say it's possible.

Oh...and go to your doctor so they can send you for an ultrasound/sonogram to see if everything's passed, if you were indeed pregnant!
