The stupidest questions come up here in order to ensure that this site will also have the stupidest answers!
Actually the internet is always going to be predominantly populated by the lowest common denominator of intelligence. This is why no forum, no group or bulletin board can escape the trolls and cranks for long. They always eventually find it, and that is when you know you have to move on.
I thank all the stupid folks for making sure that nothing gets too stale on the internet.

There are a lot of kids and teenagers on this site, and I imagine that when a question pops into their head they ask it without really thinking about the phrasing or spelling. They just want to know. A good thing is, you don't have to answer them if you don't want to.
