Yesterday my daughter asked me to bake something for a bake sale. The proceeds were to go to a family of a little girl that is in the hospital with cancer of the spine. Once I started I was on a roll. I made a 2 chocolate bundt cakes, a pound cake, two loaves of pumpkin bread & a dozen chocolate muffins!!!!

I'm not much of a baker, but I did make some banana nut bread this weekend. I was missing my mom's quickbread, so I called her, got the recipe, and made it. It was good, but not nearly as good as when my mom makes it..
