I'm not trying to gross you out, but I'm not completely sure if it's discharge or something else that I find in my underwear periodically. It's clear and like "gooey." It's gross. What is it? Should I see someone? Could it be something I could bring up with my mom, since she works at the womens clinic and she's a nurse?

I think this discharge sounds completely normal. It actually sounds like the discharge that goes along with ovulating. If you have it for a couple days each month that sounds normal to me. You only really have to worry when it has a foul smell and is discolored. I think bringing it up to your mom is an excellent idea as well. You have no reason to be ashamed or embarrassed!

sounds like discharge. that's totally normal, and can be totally gross. if you're really worried, just talk to your mom for some peace of mind.

That sounds normal. Discharge will get gooey around ovulation. (The goeey-ness is supposed to help sprem get to the egg). Don't worry about it.
