How can I make paper lanterns like this (picture inside)?

I just need to know how I can make them. I don't have time to drive 45 miles to go to Bed, Bath & Beyond, so it would be nice if you could help me find a website that shows me how to make these kind of things:

I did a bunch of web surfing and only found those little kiddie ones to make. My suggestion, Get a blown up beach ball or better yet, balloons that can be blown up to that size or close to it. Get whatever tissue paper colors you desire and use a mixture of white craft glue and water to "paper mache" the paper onto the balloon. When the paper is totally dry, pop the balloon. Hopefully the balloon will come out. I would leave a hole in both ends so that you can hang it or stick lighting in it. Cut coat hangers or stiff wire would be good to use shaped in a circle for the top and bottom openings, just attach them with more tissue and glue. It'll probably take a few trys but at least you'll have the colors you want.

Try using tissue paper instead of regular paper for your paper mache. Just lay it on dry and then paint your glue mixture on with a brush.
