You may or may not get implantation bleeding (I didn't with any of my pregnancies - 3mc, 1 live). If your period is overdue, or the symptoms you're feeling are different to how you usually feel before a period, see your doctor. If you are pregnant, and the pain you felt is offcenter, it's possible you have an ectopic pregnancy, which is implantation of the embryo outside the uterus - the most common being tubal, or implantation in the fallopian tube. (this is possible even if you don't feel pain to one side, or if it all feels normal) If the pregnancy is ectopic, it's very important to get treatment asap, as leaving it can result in rupture of the tube, and other complications. I would do a home pregnancy test, then see a doctor to confirm that everything's as it should be if your period doesn't start within a few days or so of being due, depending on how regular it usually is.

There are a number of signs and symptoms to watch for. Chances are you will only experience a portion of the symptoms. Each pregnancy is different, and the same mom to be can experience differentpregnancy test. Home pregnancy tests measure the pregnancy hormone hCG in your urine. And also, One of the most common pregnancy signs is a missed period.

It seems bad to have light brown discharge with cramps. It can mean good or bad.
Good is egg implantation. When a fertile egg is implant, you will see a bit of spotting, usual 1 to 2 days. But not too much discharge. Then it also show you are pregnant!
For the bad, it might be virginal infection or worst, miscarriage symptons.
I'll suggest you to go to the doc ASAP.
Take care!

Sore breast, Urinating often and missed period, along with ligh nausea are the first sign's. Clear Blue easy can tell 5 days before a missed period. Dont let someone scare you by saying any bleeding is bad. Its perfectly normal to have light bleeding for the first few months near when your period would have been. Its your body folowing old habits.
