Because you can literally save money, by putting it somewhere and adding to it over time until you have lots of it.
But you can't save time, you can't put it in a jar and save it for when you need it. It would be cool if you could though...

You need time to make money. Without time, you don't know how many hours you worked, meaning you don't know how much money you made, meaning you're probably going to be underpaid.
Therefore, time is more important, because we use time, to make money.

it is the other way around for me, i am a family doctor, and i work overtime(reducing relaxing time) to make more $

because we dont have enough of it,,,,,,,,and its all you have...waisting it can proove more then costly
