I tend not to use the term "sick" or "perverted" for anything other than non-consensual acts. That is, if you are forcing your sexual activities on an unwilling partner.
The lactation fetish is not hard to understand: the woman becomes a surrogate mother to the little boy in him that never got enough -- or who was bottle fed.

I would agree with auntb93 but would add is it only men that have fetishes or do women never have thoughts about different sexual activities.
