I was just reading it on the Yahoo front page and the first thought that came to mind was "oh like we didn't know that already." But at the same time I thought it was somewhat inspirational to think that she lost all that weight via a healthy diet and physcial activity.

Nope not at all. I knew it all along. No one loses that much weight that fast just dieting alone and exercising. I knew that Star Jones had some kind of gastric bypass surgery cause she started losing a lot of weight really fast.

No, I already knew she did. look at her. no guy or woman who loses weight usually looks like she does (she looks too skinny up in the neck--has a extensive head, merely like fat people who've had GBS tend to look). i think of everybody who had a suspicion approximately her weight-loss knew that it became through gastric via-bypass surgical operation. What i want to be conscious of is what she did with the loose pores and skin.

I think Star Jones looks awful. She has lost too much weight. She needs to gain just a little back. What makes her look so bad is that her neck line looks stretched. That's what I think about her.

no im not... for alot of larger women it is hard to lose naturally... whats the big deal... many stars have had it done... and she never said she didnt have it done.. she just never said she did.... what she does with her own body is her business... what does the world care that another over weight person wanted to get healthy and possibly save their life.... she does have to make choices of excersise and eating right to maintain... so what does it matter if she paid the price and had it done? she paid it so what do we all care... i think she looks great and i give her props for doin it!

Ummm...NO...as if we believed that she went from 300 to 100 pounds on her own...and she admittedly had a "medical intervention" but tried to act like it wasn't gastric bypass. She was just saving it for a rainy day, to get her annoying self some publicity!! Puh-lease.........
