I am planning to take BioMedical engineering when i attend my university because im interested to take it
but i dont know what subjects should i take in Alevels so that it would be helpful for the uni....
any help?

Pick from the following (these are US course names, just choose the equivalent courses in your system):

Math...everything through Calculus and Differential Equations is good, if you can go that far at A level

Science...Biology, of course. But also Physics and Chemistry.

Those are the important ones. But if you've an idea which universities you've narrowed your choices down to, you may want to contact them, or at least surf their websites. Many of them post their entrance requirements for each department, and will specify just which A-levels they're looking for.
