You have to deal with your problems not run away from them.

If you quit what you going to do for money?

Say your not interested, say you dont appreciate it, and if he doesnt really consider what you can do about sexual harrassment or whatever you can do in aus.

Otherwise if all else fails quit. Dont put up with it you dont have to, in the workplace. Your there to work. Find another job that is similar, if you have the qualifications you should have no problem finding a job like that in the same field.

You have the right to:
1. Express your opinion
2. Say 'no'
3. Make mistakes
4. Change your mind
5. Disagree with others
6. Ask for what you want
7. Be treated with respect
8. Not take responsibility for other people's problems (well not really thats what you do in jobs a lot of the time)

You should be opportunist, if job is great, then do not lose the situation, keep it up, be cautious on the job, be in principle towards job, know the full pros & con, be intellegent, work hard for your duty and make yourself such a fit to your work that earn profit for the company, boss will himself realise the situation and give up and will start looking after his business of profit accrued from your work. Remember if you have an upper hand on your job your boss weakness will keep you always upward. so don't lose the situation.

Move on, If you enjoy your job & are good at it, your firm's competition would be most pleases to welcome you & it will sure hit your Boss where it hurts most.
All reputed HR surveys tell that people leave their bosses & not their jobs mostly. Working longer with such a boss would make u frustrated in long term. Better quit or make him quit.

ignoring this subject won't make it go away and it wont resolve the subject. i think of you will possibly desire to hint to him that his "flirting" isn't something you %. case in point, he might ask what are you doing after artwork or you gown look somewhat effective on you at present or your voice are so candy. then you definately in basic terms tell him you're busy including your boyfriend after artwork and this gown is from 10 years in the past and so on. in case you dont pronounced anythin he will think of you have an interest in him too. You tell him that the interest is amazingly difficult and you like the interest yet not his "flirting". pay attention if he will become actual then its time to preserve your self and start up working. save in mind that protection over funds!

I won't quit my job, I'll fight! If after I told my boss that I'm not interested and still continues, well, that's a sign of 'harrassment' in the work place and you could sue him for that.

You still there hun... I'd have either got it sorted with the boss / gathered evidence (tape recorder in your top drawer) or left by now. Don't put yourself through it... Just because you are very attractive it doesn't mean you are fair game.

Two words: Human Resources.

You have the right to work in a non-hostile environment. Stand up for yourself.
