Definately intuition. I had a similar experience. It wasn't on the scale of a car crash, but it was humorous. When I was about 6 years old, I woke up in the middle of the night (for no apparent reason). I looked across the room and saw my little sister sleeping. I thought to myself, "I would be funny if she fell out of bed".

Sure enough, within seconds...she just rolled right of the edge of her bed.

(It's mean, but sooo funny still.)

We must all possess some sense of foreboding. I hear a lot of stories like this; usually when you tell yours. Mine is: When I was about 15, mom and I were driving down a major street in town and all of a sudden I 'saw' a yellow car run a stop sign. I then yelled at mom to "Stop!" She slammed on her brakes just as a yellow car zoomed in front of us, having run a stop sign. Whew!

I had the same sort of experience as I was driving at 80 mph down a one-track country lane while I was p*ssed.

I thought "I think I'm going to end up upside down in a hedge" and, do you know only moments later, I was !!!

You're not the only one who had this experience. One time I was watching tv and my favorite show Married...With Children came on, and the words that came out of my mouth were, "I sure hope they play the episode where Al makes a deal with the devil." To my surprise, that's exactly the episode they played.

For what ever reasons all humans are born with some sort of psychic abilities... And its our lack of use of these abilities that cause them to fade as we grow older......... Also all humans are connected to their ancestors via genetic and it has taken million of years to develop our survival instinct that have been pass down from generations to generations..... And for whatever reasons sometimes under stress these psychic powers kick in and make us aware to forth coming events and all to many times these powers kick in and the human body is un-able to re-act in a timely manner..... In other words boom you see it coming but there is nothing you can do about it, And what ever is happening just happens just as you seen it happen minutes before it actually happens..........................

You could have experienced a sixth sense. Most people can predict something at some point in their life. I think it's normal.
