There is no law in the U.K. which prevents first cousins from marrying. I believe there are states in the U.S. which prevent first cousins from marrying.

Yes, only really close family cant get married. There was a kid in my school whose parents were cousins, and sometimes he got called inbred Isaac.

Yes but it is frowned upon because of genetic faullts are more likely to show up in any children of that marriage.
