I wanna find a right side steering set up that i could buy that is fairly cheap somewhere in either Georgia or the surrounding states.

As long as it meets US government safety standards you can. Certain car manufacturers that sell in the US make them as postal vehicles. I think Jeep still sells them new retail and I know Subaru used to sell a right hand drive wagon for postal employees, but still sold it regular retail to other customers who wanted it. I think the Subaru's stopped in 1999.

Try a government auction of used postal vehicles.

Sure, I see them all the time. Saturn and Jeep make them, I know for sure, and I believe most of the other manufacturers make them in limited quantities also.
