One inch is 2.54 cm. Therefore, (2.54 cm / 1 in) is a conversion factor, meaning that it is an expression equal to 1 that you can use for unit conversions. Similarly, a foot is 12 inches, so (12 in / 1 ft) is also a conversion factor.

5ft 6in is the same as 5 ft + 6 in. Start by converting 5 ft into inches: (5 ft)(12 in / 1ft) = 60 in. Add back in the additional 6 in to get 66 in. Multiply 66 in by (2.54 cm / 1 in) to get a result in cm. Use the same approach for 5'8".

Answer 1: A wheel has 360 degrees (becos its a circle) so if two spokes have an angle of 15 degrees between them then there are 360/15= 24 spokes. Answer2: Picture L= 8ft (8*12 inches= 96 inches), W= 6 ft (6*12 inches= 72 inches) so area is L* W(from the measurements u can see its a rectangle so will be the frame) = 6912 sq inches. Now the frame needs to have a length which is not given and its width needs to be more than the picture since its a frame. This does not seem right. Please check your second question.

Google "inches to cm" to get the conversion rate. This works for almost all conversions.

1 inch = 2.54 cm.

So 5'8" = 5 feet (60 inches) + 8 inches = 68" = 173cm (apx)
